Winkworth are without doubt the most professional and friendly estate agency we have ever worked with. Having sold many houses, working with Michael, Jon and Robin was an absolute breath of fresh air.
They are proactive in seeking real buyers rather then relying on house sale portals to do the work for them. Winkworth attend and manage all the viewings very professionally and continually provide feedback via email, text and phone calls.
More than a dozen viewings were organised very quickly and the house sale was agreed in just a couple of months. This included the negotiation of a buyer deposit for peace of mind.
Winkworth also provided excellent advice, worked with our solicitors throughout the exchange/completion process, and hit every deadline they promised including the full management of the complete housing chain.
Excellent value for money - my wife and I heartily recommend their services to anyone selling their house in the current challenging climate.
