Sali was very professional when I first rang about a property I was interested in. All basic administrative information was gathered and discussed upfront making it very easy to get all necessary documentation ready later. No surprises in the process pre-move in. She was very helpful during the viewing, answering all the questions I had and providing useful context based on her own experience of the area, its atmosphere and its amenities. The process of putting in an offer was smooth and important details were discussed in an upfront and forthright manner, including break clauses and the like. Ambra helped make the referencing process smooth and was very helpful in answering questions and alleviating concerns regarding the contract, as well as helping me through the administrative side of the process. These are my experiences so far, having signed the contract but not yet having moved in, though I expect no less moving forwards.

Good. We were charged no fees other than the requisite holding and safety deposits which were handled appropriately.

I was really pleased with the efficient, polite and professional service that Jorgensen Turner's Heather Davis provided in first showing me the flat that I bought, arranging follow up viewings, for me and my surveyor, co-ordinating between solicitors and the buyer, and guiding the transaction through the inevitable obstacles to a successful purchase.
