Friendly staff from the start. Steve explained everything clearly to us and Joel made viewings stress free. Both gentlemen were always friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once a buyer was found we dealt with Phil. To say he worked hard is an understatement. Through all the twists and turns he made sure every outcome was right for everyone involved. and took stress from us where needed. Thank you to the whole CP team for all their hard work in helping us both buy our new home and sell our old one.

I do not recommend this agent. Staff are nice initially then become aggressive once the letting has taken plance. They have fed incorrect information to ensure the letting takes place. Staff are inflexible. There are many more trusted agents in Flitwick. Problems encountered : - very ...
