Redpath Bruce are incompetent, rude and terrible at communication. Repairs are not fixed for a very, very long time. And residents need to waste hours and hours trying to get the most basic things done in the property. Last month they did not service our bid store for 3 weeks and rubbish piled up everywhere. (They are meant to provide service twice a week). This is just one minor example. Get rid of them asap!
Fees are very high for terrible service.

I have dealt with RB for the last 18 months as a property owner where they are the factor. Very slow in responses, do not address conflicts of interest with their insurance broker and make bogus charges on invoices. 18 months of very poor service. Seem happy to ignore problems and repairs required, but are very quick to send out their invoices. They charge extra fees for having to deal with problems/repairs; in my opinion, dealing with these problems is part of their job, for which they are already paid.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
