From start to finish the process of selling my flat above market value (selling in 4 days) and buying my house (in just under a couple month) at home report value. I found it very efficient, easy and good value for money, and stress free. You can tell the staff are the real heart and soul of the business as they had your interest at heart, they were very professional and polite, friendly and they answered all queries without delay and with accurate information.
I feel they have given me and my family a five star service.
Also I would like to mention there estate agent who was the first point of contact from McDougall Mcqueen was Jim Pendreich he was there from start to completion his knowledge and expertise was first class who was very professional polite and also just a phone call away if I had any questions also given accurate information. I couldnt fault any of the staff at McDougall McQueen there service was very excellent.
