As my house sale and purchase progressed my positive regard for this great team grew.

Initially, Ryan valued my house (very accurately) and took amazing photographs which generated a lot of initial interest. He was friendly and supportive throughout.

At one stage it began to look as if the sale/purchase could fall through. Obviously I was very concerned at this point. However, I could not have wished for a more supportive team. Daniel did all he could to get things moving along the right lines again. He was in frequent contact and easily accessible to speak to. He was also honest with me so that I knew the reality of the situation.

The team worked very hard for me.

Chloe and Rachael were always helpful and pleasant on the phone. Chloe particularly worked very hard to try to get some difficulties resolved for me.

I also grew to an appreciation of just how hard this team work! On several occasions they were in the office long after they should have gone home, because they were responding to a need.

Guys - you are fantastic! Thank you so much.

I think the fees are reasonable considering the amount of work the team needed to do.
