If you want an estate agent that is on the ball and who will give priority to selling your property, then you can do no better than going to Heart, Witham. They have been fantastic. They gave us good advice, responded to our queries efficiently and most importantly, found our buyer within two weeks of us placing our property with them. Rachel was pleasant and professional and arranged for us to use Haart's own legal team to do our conveyancing at a very reasonable cost. All in all we have been very happy with the service we have had from Rachel, Chloe and Dan at Haart Witham. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property.
