You can’t reach the over the phone, don’t show up for viewing. They false advertise properties on their website. Flat was posted for £750 on facebook but on their website and right move it’s 575. They have no professional manners

Only giving 1 star because I can't write a review without it..Where do I start..repairs not done until reported to council..left my daughter £1200 in debtvas only gave 1 meter reading..diminishing responsibilities towards all problems regarding the sh**hole they called a flat..leaking roof poor windows..poor ventilation..and adding insult to injury entered my daughters flat without permission..and to top it off the ceiling of the company denies all..

I can’t stop testifying about KENSTAR CYBER SERVICES for the good job he has been doing. Coming in contact with him on credit karma marked a new beginning for me. It was amazing how he got my credit score raised to 810 excellent plus and cleared all the negative items such as late payments, hard inquiries, collections and bankruptcy from my credit report. When the pandemic started they turned their phones off and you can only reach them by email, which they rarely answer. The office is now open but the phone is still off. I ve seen all the comments and google review before starting my tenancy and i can comfirm all the bad reviews are true. Say goodbye to your deposti unless you are willing to fight them through the 3rd party deposit company, because they will make you pay for all already existing damages. Please do not rent with them.

Their terms for landlords seemed fair and they promised everything we needed. Unfortunately, once appointed, it wasn't long before their lack of interest of ability became clear. Getting hold of anyone and getting meaningful answers is very difficult; replies to emails can take days or even weeks - if at all. But worst of all, they are quite happy to lie to and mislead their clients and tenants. Their additional services are ridiculously expensive and, contrary to their website, are not all legal requirements that need 'professional' and expensive intervention. Some, if not all, of the 'independent' services are owned/controlled by the same person -D*, and yet their online information and literature promotes them as wholly independent. Again, another lie and, not surprisingly, you'll get nowhere if you challenge the poor work or high prices. And if they do appoint trades to undertake any work, the results are very mixed and, again, very expensive. The owner/Director, D*, lies about who owns/controls the company to avoid putting things right. When I eventually did my homework, I found that D* was, in fact, struck off the Roll of Solicitors for professional conduct - he was misleading clients. If you try to leave and go to another agent their terms make it difficult and very costly. I wish I had never heard of them. Go to them at your peril. You have been warned.
Comments on Agent Fees
Their services appear fair value but end up being expensive, particularly additional services. The standard of work for additional services was dreadful - quite incompetent, made worse by their lack of integrity.

Jul 20, 2019Couldn't agree more ... I had a similarly terrible experience with them as a landlord. Grossly incompetent staff that can offer very little worthwhile advice to a landlord. Could write a book on how poor they were but like you I would not go near them again!
