Peter James went above and beyond throughout the sale process to ensure the whole chain got to exchange and completion. Maria contacted me every couple of days to make sure I was updated with progress and helped overcome any challenges along the way. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling in the area.

Comment on agent fees
My property management fee with Peter James was 12.5% plus VAT. The new estate agent who is managing my property charges 5% plus VAT. So not only was the service I received unbelievably poor, but it was also expensive in comparison to other estate agents. (note: the estate agent I transferred to is reputable and local to southeast London too).
