Having made the decision to relocate to Cheltenham, I spent 2 weekends in the area viewing apartments, as soon as I met George and his team, I knew I was in good hands, The apartment at the Clarence was perfect for my needs.

DO NOT GET TOUR FLAT FURNISHED. You will be forced to live with the furniture, no matter how impractical, until they decide you can move it. Even though no where in the lease does it state you have to keep the furniture.

They tried taking £935 off my £945 for cleaning and redecorating when I could have probably filled in the damaged archatrive (because of the old heavy door having to be slammed shut) for £20. Absolute Con. As I’m only 22, taking £935 is disgusting. Since they have minimised it down to £605 off my deposit. Absolute joke. ...
