I wrote to Austin & Wyatt 2 weeks ago regarding a complaint, Still no response.

Below is the email I sent:

Please check your online portal which was explained - "all issues will be tracked and monitored from point of upload"
This is to prevent when your staff leave your organisation there is no short fall.

Below is one of the threads from year or so ago...

Again I must highlight, on the 2017 and 2018 house inspection a list was provided and reminded. This year I recommend to the lady which came round. I was home for a matter of weeks during your contractors working hours. So the day or so work can be very easily completed.

Months have gone by since this year's inspection. We have not received even ONE inbound call or correspondence from your business.

I do not understand why someone which has no affiliation with your company can quite simply get the work completed with one call.

When you have mentioned the process is:

Raise on online portal
Arrange for contractors to quote
Ask permission from landlady
Arrange for contractor to complete work
Job done

I can't stand this lack of professionalism from a prestigious company like yours.

We do everything in our power to be a good tenant with minimal hassle. Our only concern is for our home which we love, to be well looked after and maintained.

The work which was agreed to be completed before we move in, had still not been done.

Please can you suggest a date for the work which has already been approved to be completed.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Poor communication, made offers via the lettings team and never informed if they were successful or not. No follow ups to keep us up to date so we we elsewhere and secured a property in 48 hours....

From June to September 2018 I had 4 to 6 viewings. Feedback on those viewings was rare as was any general feedback. To add insult to injury, they admitted their performance was poor but still held me to 2 weeks notice unless I took them as joint agents. One ...
