“Very Poor Communication...”

Throughout the entire process of moving there was poor communication, to the point where there were moments we weren't sure we'd still have a place to live. Even when asking for updates we were shrugged off with no explanation why it was taking so long, and I had to get in contact on the moving day to ask about keys cause they didn't even communicate about that. The one time I did try to complain about the lack of communication the agent spoke over me and pretended I wasn't speaking. It was insulting. The process has made my partner and I feel pawned off and looked down on. Will never use Clyde again. Its ruined what should have been an exciting time.

We went with Clyde to rent our house out while we lived elsewhere. Things are fine as long as they're not required to do anything. Every time things go wrong, instead of taking care of it, they contact you.... So there really is zero point ...

Very poor quality of service. and Why use a bools in the mouth London Agency to treat people that way I am not renting something I cant afford. 4 years accounts the man is DREAMING.
