Richard, James and Phil have been very supportive in helping us sell our late Uncle's property. We do not live near to the area where the property was and we needed a team who would have our best interests to get the best price, but also be realistic and manage the sale for us. Gascoigne-Pees did this and apart from an initial visit to the property we could carry out most of the negotiations via phone and e-mail. The service was excellent and the team did what we wanted and gave us advice when required. Thank you to all the Team - including Jordon who was always on the end of the phone!
