I spent 3 years in the property in indescon square in south quay. The property was given to us in a very high standard and specification. The landlord (Rimon) was very helpful in assiting with any matters that required escalating and was very prompt in doing so and getting things resolved. The flat operated very well throughout the 3 years myself and my housemates lived there and had all the required amentities that an apartment should have (as a well as a tv in each room!).

The landlord (Rimon) and 1st capital homes is thoroughly recommended and is a step above many other property agencies in the past that I have had experiences with.

I lived in 15 Indescon Square flat 203 for 3 years between 2015-2018. The flat itself was in excellent condition and the team at 1st Capital Homes was extremley helpful when it came to flat maintenance and other forms of assistance.

During our time whenever there was a problem the team was extremley responsive and eager to help where they could.

I would recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent as it was a pleasent experience overall for myself and my two flatmates.
