During our year long house hunt the staff at Moseley Jarman were the only agents who personally got in touch with us with properties of interest. They listened and understood us and genuinely wanted to help.
They gave us the heads up on a private property they thought we'd like and lo and behold it was our dream house. Throughout the process they were fair and honest and helped us secure the sale in a fair manner.
During the buying process they were in touch regularly and were always willing to show us round the house again.
Afterwards we reflected on the company and their place in the estate agent marketplace. All in all they were the agents with the values we were drawn to. They are professional yet friendly, fair and kind. For us the ideal people to work with when you're navigating the stresses of buying a property.
