After months of looking at grotty places through other agents, I turned up to a property as arranged with Sandra. As soon as I walked in, I was happy. By the time I'd finished viewing, I was in love with the house and told Sandra how much I wanted it. I had a couple of issues that we would have to find a way around. Sandra worked tirelessly to do it and this week I collected my keys. Lacy, dealt with all the administration side of it with regards to my reference checks and has been an absolute star. I called the day after and notified them or a problem with one of the windows. Someone out within 48 hours to sort the problem. I can't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely wonderful team
