I currently rent out two properties with Reeds Rains in Ashton Under Lyne. One of them has been on rent with them for about eight years. They always find me great tenants. The rent is always paid and I have not had an issue yet. If there is ever an issue at a property, Carol , Andrew or Amy shoot me an email and I arrange my preferred tradesman to sort it out. They also keep the details of these tradesmen and work with them to make sure that the properties are well maintained. As part of the fully managed service, they visit my properties at regular intervals and send me the reports. The branch do a great job of keeping me up to date with any work that needs doing or if there are any issues. They're a great bunch of people and very helpful.
Regarding the financial deal with them, as a landlord, I believe you get a better deal with them, than other estate agents. I know for a fact they beat the likes of Bridgfords and Belvoir.
I recently also purchased a property through this branch too. I found Andrew and Carol to be very helpful and available to help the deal along when it might have otherwise stuttered. From offer to exchange of contracts took about five weeks. Six weeks later they had found me tenants (with no pets).
For landlords I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Ashton Under Lyne to look after your property. I can trust them to be on the other end of the phone or email when I need them. Aside from the rent statements emailed to me every month, it's VERY easy to access all kinds of information, documents, payments and other details about my rented properties, using their online portal.
I recommend them highly (and will change this review if that ever changes!)
