A very professionally conducted process, end-to-end, is what differentiates them from others. The viewing was accommodated on Saturday, which earns a brownie point from me, since it shows consideration for viewers from other town like us who finds it hard on weekdays. Enough time and explanation was provided during viewing. Direct access to landlord was provided which is definitely a plus. Referencing was smooth, pretty much completely manageable online. Contracting part was also fairly straight forward. Inventory viewing timing part was a little rigid, but I can appreciate their dependency on a third-party for this, hence less flexibility on time.
Overall, very good experience. Will definitely recommend.
