Quality of staffing in estate agents is all over the place at the moment. Having bought 2 properties over a short period I have dealt with some very good staff, but also some very pushy and sales driven individuals who have consistently disappointed. I can happily report that my experience at Jordan Fishwick once again was nothing short of exceptional.
The two mentioned individuals not only carry themselves with professional grace and competency. But they perform to tight deadlines, and never acted unprofessionally or aggressively to secure a sale. Every email answered in under 6 hours, every question answered, every phone call met. Property advice was given from Elizabeth to the highest standards and every question on legislation and process was known inside out and given without any requirement to "google it". Financial advice was perfect and the amount of time and effort Martyn put into helping me find the right product was above and beyond. He was well spoken (differentiating his language to ensure I wasn't bogged down in jargon). He was also very knowledgeable on his subject and highly respectful of my needs and level of understanding. Taking the time to help me through the process.
In the past I have worked for 2 multi billion pound companies (BBC and EA games) and I can comfortably say; From a professional standpoint the Glossop branch of Jordan Fishwick is a highly polished business branch and its entire staff are a credit to the companies reputation and represent your brand very well.
