I was delighted with the professional, friendly and courteous way in which Sarah and Samantha handled the letting of our flat in Pangbourne. Our previous agent had not generated a single lead. Sarah and Samantha found us a new tenant within a matter of days. From then onwards the process went very smoothly. We were kept informed throughout and given useful advice when required. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a straight-forward and satisfactory process.
