We found all the staff at Gascoigne Pees professional and helpful, Ged Egan for the initial valuation and his advice, Jimmy and Martina for viewings and Andrew who was our point of contact once an offer had been received. We were impressed with all of them (we used Gascoigne Pees to market our property as Ged Egan had been helpful in a previous house move). I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Comment on agent fees
Reasonable. We could maybe have obtained a slightly better deal but price was not the only factor.
