I've received excellent service from James Sellicks. In particular from Anne Mann, Kirsty Wells and Charles Beretta .Outstanding service from valuation, sale of one house to purchase of another. Great customer care, very professional with friendly manner. I'd certainly recommend James Sellicks and in particular Anne, Kirsty and Charles who have been most helpful and always available when I 'phoned for assistance.

Overall Fees
£0 (inc. VAT), On CompletionTenant Scale of Fees
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent. Non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the Tenancy or if you fail to provide the information required for referencing within 15 days.
Deposit: 5 weeks rent.
Rent: Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England base rate from the date due. Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
Change of Tenancy: Payment of a charge equal to half of one months rent to make a change to your Tenancy agreement, subject to the Landlords approval.
Keys: Payment for the reasonably incurred cost for the loss of keys, security devices or car parking permits.
Pets: Payment of 5 pounds per week per pet, subject to the Landlords approval.
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
