Unsure as to whether its company wide or just the Nottingham office, but I've never encountered such useless and incompetent staff in my life. Liars, cheats and are out to completely fuck over students in the area. Perhaps their sales side is better, but as a student, stay well away. i will be taking them to court.

Your review on our company obviously is a cause for concern. Unfortunately, as there is lack of detail it is near impossible to be able to address your comments and gain a clear understanding of your experience with Nicholas Humphreys.

We always have and always will strive to provide an honest and transparent service to our tenants, if for any reason you do not feel that this is the service you have received it is imperative that we act on these concerns, we are always open to constructive criticism that may help us to improve our service and continue to develop and grow as an business.

I do not believe this approach to your experience with Nicholas Hello,

You must have been paid money to post this review. Shelley is as useless as the rest of them. This company should be struck off the letting agency list. They are appalling at every level. They do not respond to maintenance reports, they allow landlords free access without notice, they are uncontactable, and then they keep your deposit at the end of your tenancy, stating repairs need to be completed… this will be all the repairs you will have reported.
