On first contact with this agents I received a great service, continuous updates and phone calls (which now appears to be because they wanted me to complete forms, pay money and sign me up!). Since then its all changed - I am forever leaving messages, sending e-mails and still receive no response. I am so annoyed at how the level of customer care is now so bad, I feel let down and disrespected as a customer. And when I do now get to speak to someone I am given excuses, I'm left feeling patronised, and given endless promises of call backs that never come. Avoid this branch and go elsewhere until they learn how to treat people with respect.

Hi Abigail, I'm sorry this was your experience. It is true that our agents only cover certain postcodes, and will not be able to give a valuation in a postcode which is out of area. You should have been informed of this when you originally booked your valuation and we apologise that this was not the case, clearly as a result of a breakdown of communication between our teams.
