We have had an extremely positive experience throughout the process--from Nick's initial visit, to meeting all the staff who would be showing the house, to Lauren ensuring communication was happening up and down the chain.
At all times, we felt we were receiving a VIP service. Calls and emails were promptly returned, staff knew who we were when we popped into the office, and the team were proactive in keeping us informed and updated.
