I just read this albeit some months later. I have had similar experiences with centrick properties and they are indeed extortionate. You will only hear from them when they want money and thats the bottom line. We pay for services no n rendered and they charge more if you disagree. And they will continue to increase rates and do nothing for the area. I am looking into legal action due to the amount of evidence and admin evidence of lack of communication.
