I was so blown away by this Company, and the staff that make it exceptional, it difficult to list their outstanding qualifications both professionally and compassionately. Having a difficult tenancy over ridden with deficiencies in the day to day living requirements i.e., radiators didn't work, constant boiler failure etc., (winter). The Phoenix that rose from the ashes for me was Darren Cox, he took all my phone calls actioning immediate help, and calling to see how I was managing whilst waiting for various plumbers etc to address the problems, he supplied portable back up heating whilst various
parts were ordered . Darren was the epitome of kindness and efficiency. Every division of this Company were excellent, from the beginning with Celia Howells and Clare Poele to Rebecca and of course Mark who had has handle at the helm, and advised wisely in times of crisis. Faultless. I just wish they were portable and wherever I needed estate Agents I could just roll them out, to steer me through this side of life.

Absolutely horrific company.
Abusive and useless staff who only send threatening emails to vulnerable people instead of fixing any issues. Went for a long time having to shower at work as the company couldn't arrange something as simple as a plumber. Do not use....
