I have 8 fully managed buy to let properties with FK. They are straight forward, efficient and over more than 10 years voids have been very few and short in length. I would recommend them to any prospective landlord and the results I have enjoyed suggest their tenants are very happy too. Jacky Thornhill and her team are always helpful and efficient.

Absolutely horrific company.
Abusive and useless staff who only send threatening emails to vulnerable people instead of fixing any issues. Went for a long time having to shower at work as the company couldn't arrange something as simple as a plumber. Do not use....
