On our first visit to Gascoigne we spoke to Jim and he was very friendly and helpful, he could see that we had a clear idea of what we wanted from an estate agent and answered all our questions honestly. It was the way he dealt with us on our first visit that ultimately made our decision to go with them. Once on board Martina kept us fully informed at all times, was always warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her and when she was unavailable Jim was on hand. Any questions we had were answered or resolved straight away.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were ( after a bit of negotiating) comparable to most of the other agents in the area and the staff definitely put in the work.
