Clarke Holland, Ashington sent a prospective tenant for a property I was renting. She came with the highest recommendations from the Clarke Holland management. What they failed to advise was she had a criminal record as long as your arm. She proceeded to have sex and drug parties for underage boys and after police consultation I had her evicted. Clarke Holland have never re-paid the deposit or accepted any responsibility for the £2000 + damage I was left with after the tenant moved out. She completely trashed the place and Clarke Holland have now admitted it was her mother who had the impeccable references not my tenant. Maybe they should have told me this before she moved in. Be very careful before accepting any tenant from this lot.
