I would like to praise both Martina and Andrew for their professionalism, perseverance and patience during our sale. Our buyer was the most demanding I had ever experienced during any previous sale or purchase.
Martina dealt with numerous requests to view our property and Andrew liaised with all parties in the lengthy chain, both estate agents and legal representatives to be able to provide us with a clear status of our current situation. An excellent job by both. In my opinion this is what separates the traditional estate agent from the on-line agent, who are prepared to go the extra mile, and I would not hesitate in using Gascoigne-Pees at any time in the future.
Thank you very much for all your efforts in concluding this sale.
