From the first viewing to our departure Tim russ have been extremely helpful and friendly. They were always there to help when we needed them dealing with anything promptly.
I would recommend Tim russ as they are extremely good at finding the right property for you and also leave you to live your life in your new home.

Alex, I am sorry to read your opinion of our agency which is unusual given the positive feedback and reviews that we usually receive.

I deal with all the tenancies through the Hazlemere branch and would like to highlight that our Tenants are never requested to use a contractor as it is not their responsibility to maintain the property.

If there were damages to the property you were renting at the end of your tenancy, they would be highlighted in the third party inventory check out report that you received. This will lead to the request of deposit deductions; thus reinforcing the necessity to retain a deposit in the first instance. The amount awarded to the Landlord is decided by an independent adjudicator of the TDS. We do not have the authority to make any deductions ourselves however we do need to consider the financial implications to the Landlord when such damage is caused.
