We felt we were in good hands and Ged gave us confidence that he and the team could sell our house for us in a good timeframe and a good price. We were delighted at their proactiveness and the quick sale at practically asking price. Jim was fantastic and can't fault his polite and helpful customer service. All the team were brilliant, including Martina and Andrew with whom we also had dealings. Would definitely recommend! Very professional.
Comment on agent fees
We were happy with the agreed rate which was quite reasonable. Whilst online companies offer cheap upfront rates there is no motivation for them to be proactive, so we were happy to pay a traditional agent.
