Absolutely appalling service and would never touch this group of individuals with a barge pole. I have a number of properties i currently let out and thankfully use another agent, however i had to make contact with their property management dept when a property that they currently manage was leaking water into my own flat that i live in below.
Appalling rude members of staff who slammed the phone down on me twice when i was obviously stressed because of the damage the water was causing. The dept manager was completely useless and i have had 4 days of water damage and now i have instructed the managing agents to take over and deal with this and any costs incurred will be sent over to them!
Steer clear and go to another agent who care, are proactive and helpful which this company are most certainly not !!!!!!

Comment on agent fees
Average fees for the area. Could have managed the let myself with less work than they created at no cost ( I do have some property knowledge and contacts though so this may not be the case for everybody )
