We had found our dream home and needed to get ours on the market and sold very quickly, otherwise we would lose out. Lesley was able to come out to value and take photos of the property very quickly and it was marketed the same day to meet our demands. We had plenty of viewings which were all booked in efficiently and confirmed by text - really handy. We did some, and Manning Stainton did some where appropriate. The property sold within 9 days which is very quick (though as we found our dream home, this felt like a lifetime!). I realize I am a very impatient person and hate not being in control of a something and Lisa and Emma "put up" with my calls and queries and were always very helpful. They've done a wonderful job and were always very friendly, even though they might have thought "oh, it's her again!" Emma even gave us some guidance tips for our purchase despite it being through another agent. Efficient throughout and they seem to have a good staff structure in place so you know who does what. Very impressed from start to finish and would use again if we ever moved again.
