This was our first house purchase. The sheer number of milestones, legal steps and the lengthy process involved can be bewildering, but James (plus our conveyancer and mortgage advisor) guided us through the process with patience, professionalism, and charmingly relentless enthusiasm, keeping us well informed of progress throughout.
