From very first introductions over the phone, to house viewings and the eventual move to our new home, Lakin & Co have been wonderfully supportive and informative â reinforcing to no end my confidence in the diligent employees of Uxbridge's branch. Devon, who dealt with our move personally, was incredibly polite, friendly, approachable and patient in all manners of his work. It made all means of communication with this company an absolute pleasure and, as such, made our move a painless and easy one. Similarly experienced with Michelle - I felt at all stages of our engagement with the company (and thereafter) that we, as tenants, were attentively looked after and any issues or questions were handled in a swift, courteous and incredibly professional yet kind manner. Unlike other estate agents I have experienced, I have never been made to feel a nuisance or another lost name in a busy system with this company: They value their tenants, they value their work and they value you. I couldn't recommend this company enough â future tenants and landlords alike are in safe hands here.

Fees are to be expected but considering the work that these estate agents have evidently put into their customer care and tending to both tenants and landlord's best interests, I can see value for money
