I am currently in the process of purchasing a property via Manning Stainton - Crossgates.
I wanted to leave some positive feedback about the arrangement of viewings and making offers on the property with them.
I prefer to deal over email primarily as it is easier when in work and was helped massively by Natalie Adkin in their branch.
Natalie helped facilitate the viewings, took feedback on board and helped when making offers. She was a real credit to her branch.
She responded to an email when out of the office and ensured it went to the right member of the team.
I hope to provide further positive feedback as I progress the purchase. I now have a Sales Progressor assigned to me which should hopefully help with the purchase.
15/08/2018 - UPDATE
The purchase is ongoing due to issues with the vendor and their solicitors. Positive feedback still stands for Natalie Adkin and also Emma Hart who we have spoken to in branch on a number of occasions and she has been great.
I do not have such positive feedback around some other aspects which I will follow up on at completion or cancellation whichever happens.
Approaching six months now and I would hope for the move manager to be constantly on at the vendors with the outstanding issues sat with them, however this is not happening. I have had to resort to drastic measures now which is really stressful and not providing a good experience.
