Been renting many years and can honestly say never had experience like with Meridien.
Taking ages to sort out repairs and have essential maintenance issues sorted out as well as refusing to have certain works done leaving us with a shabby property that we were paying premium rent for!
Upon leaving we were hugely ripped off even though tenants were found to replace us and we were returned a small portion of our deposit and they kept our money for themselves.
Currently in process of seeking legal action against them to recover our money as we have legally been advised their charges and the amount of money taken from us is unreasonable and hugely excessive.
Would NEVER recommend this company unless you want to be ripped off, in fact I will tell everyone in the area who I know to AVOID this estate agents. Would give zero stars if I could. This agents has left us hugely out of pocket and in very difficult circumstances.

RIP OFF !! Never been charged so much or lost so much money in the many years we have rented from many different, professional estate agents that we’ve always been happy with.
