NEVER GO TO BELVOIR !!!!
Avoid this company like the plague. I have never come across a more unproffesional, rude, incompetant bunch in my life. Will cause you complete stress and hassle and no solution.Staff very rude.Instead of solution they will blame you for the property problem,avoid you all the time .

Comment on agent fees
If i pay the fees I expect them to at least pick up the Emergency Contact phone when there is water falling through all the light fixtures in the house.
