When I first spoke to Jim I expressed our negative experiences with previous estate agents and he hoped to put that right. Indeed he did.
Jim has delivered excellent customer service, he responds quickly and effectively to calls and emails. He is very polite, not pushy and has a calming nature. We found Jim to be extremely helpful and understanding when looking to purchase a new home ,he remembered our conversations and actually listens to what you have to say . Jim genuinely wants to take the stress away and help. Jim really has restored our faith in estate agents, he has been proactive and relieved us of some real concerns with our purchase going above and beyond the call of duty. He has endured a few tough calls and pursued to everyone's satisfaction. Jim has above all been very professional and we would highly recommend him
