Jim looked after us from day one. Prior to viewing the property we had already decided that we would most likely be making an offer on the house.

Before we made the offer, Jim was not pushy and did not try and force us to make a decision. Once the offer was submitted through Jim, he acted quickly in passing it over to the vendor and we had an answer within a few days.

Although we had submitted an offer, Jim remained in contact with us, providing us with regular updates and chasing solicitors on our behalf to get the process sped up - we weren't just forgotten.

Throughout our involvement with Jim, he has conducted the sale with a personal approach, meaning that we didn't just feel part of a machine or forgotten once he had got the sale which we really value.

Since our move he has kept in contact, asking how we have been getting on and passing on some questions we had to the previous owner. In my experience, this is not the norm. Hannah and I both feel that Jim has gone above and beyond what he needed to do. He is a credit to your company!

Many estate agents in the local area didn't seem to care about us as people, all they wanted was a quick sale and to make money. Our experience with Jim and your company will last with us and should we ever sell the house in the future, the fantastic customer service and personal approach will be remembered and due to this we would want to use GP rather than other local agents.
