Never ever would go with centrick again, the people are rude obnoxious and in professional. Had multiple problems moving in with mould etc, we had dirty running water, leak in the boiler and none of it go sorted! Took over 3 weeks! My friend who lived above me had a leak thier carpet was dripping wet and all they did was put a dehumidifier in and didn't even help with rent or bills! Then thier cooker broke and it took them 6 weeks to get someone to fix it!
When it came to the end of our lease we moved straight away and gave them notice so we didn't have to pay!
We lived next to people on weed, people stealing parcelsEtc.
The once I was off work I'll, locked my front door , next thing I know I here my door open and people go oh someone lives here, to find out it was a rep that came to show people around!!!
We didn't get our £750 deposit back!! We painted walls white, cleaned the carpets, cleaned everywhere and we got told that because we painted and because we covered marks on walls that we there when we moved in, wr had to pay for THEM to clean the carpets etc! So all in all unless you want to have a half working flat and loose your deposit I wouldn't even sniff the idea!

I just read this albeit some months later. I have had similar experiences with centrick properties and they are indeed extortionate. You will only hear from them when they want money and thats the bottom line. We pay for services no n rendered and they charge more if you disagree.
