Kate Shipp has been responsible for both the purchase and renovation of our house in Wallington Way and has given exceptional service. Nothing has been too much trouble. In this she has been supported by all members in the office with whom we have been in contact who have always been professional, helpful and polite.

Disgraceful behaviour. Currently living in a house which i am renting off my friend, was told initially that we would be called a couple of days in advance to a viewing. Happend twice. The rest have been impromtu, booked without permission, and even during the covid-19 pandemic when i could possibly be self-isolating they are holding viewings without any permission or prior knowledge on our part.
