I lived in perth years ago and remember them helping wherever they could. They told us exactly what to do to get our deposit back...and we got it back.

They have always provided a great service. Can't praise them highly enough. They give a detailed inventory at the start of the tenancy and clear guidance as to how to return the property. No problem getting deposit back in full

AVOID PERTHSHIRE PROPERTIES: Overall the flat was nice enough...BUT BE WARNED - Do not expect to get your deposit back without a fight. It took over 6 weeks to get any kind of money back from them and it wasn't even all of it. They are also very rude, completely arrogant, completely unprofessional and just down right criminals.
They took £65 for the carpets (even thought it was just general ware and tear) and other £55 for items even thought everything was accounted for and we EVEN left them extras such as plates, knifes and fork and cups.
Its not the money that gets me...its the principal...ask them where their policy is on a 6 week wait in the dark waiting for other people's money...its a completely joke, SO BE WARNED.
Most importantly, I will be writing a letter into the Perth College student newspaper explaining why students of Perth should AVOID.
Begin polite and pleasant in life goes a long way...unfortunately Perthshire Properties has a long way to go.
