Kate continues to offer exceptional service. Her extensive knowledge of the lettings business means I can totally trust her view of rent levels, work necessary and most of all.... her choice of tenants. Where I've had problems at properties she has been unfailingly supportive and never shies away from dealing with difficult situations. Thank you Kate and all at the Frome office - a very friendly and effective team.

Disgraceful behaviour. Currently living in a house which i am renting off my friend, was told initially that we would be called a couple of days in advance to a viewing. Happend twice. The rest have been impromtu, booked without permission, and even during the covid-19 pandemic when i could possibly be self-isolating they are holding viewings without any permission or prior knowledge on our part.
