The property was listed at the incorrect price, so when we went to sign we were told it would actually be £100 more per month. No small amount!! They were not overly apologetic about this. I understand errors can be made, but this was now over our budget and we had to make server adjustments in order to proceed.
Once you are on their books, the staff are always miserable and very unhelpful. Each time I send an email I start again from scratch and try and be cheerful and positive. Starting my email with things like "Hope you are well or had a nice holiday etc" and this is never acknowledged. The issue is just forwarded on to my landlord, which I am informed about, but usually with some negative comment; "You'll still have to pay for this." Never try and come to a compromise or mutual agreement. Just money grabbers and no help at all. Have been looking at renting elsewhere and have avoided even viewing properties solely on the fact they are managed by Kings. Once I am out of this place I never want to have to deal with them again.

I would like to remain anonymous until I am no longer working with you, as I do not feel confident that this will be resolved satisfactorily and I also feel that I will be discriminated against for the rest of my time at this property. I do not wish for this to cause me more problems.When I move out, I will come forward and it can be discussed then.
It is legitimate, and I do not feel it very professional that you have insinuated otherwise.
