Haart have been amazing in the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. They kept us up to date with any relevant information and were more than happy to help answer any questions we had. The service provided was excellent, staff we always polite and helpful. Marcus was in touch with us throughout the sale and purchase procedure. I couldn't recommend Haart enough!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have returned my calls, as a legal team they should have the answers to legal questions not say I will have to come back to you which they never did. I would like to have dealt with one person but the turnover of staff seems to make this impossible ,as a managing agent your company do not manage

What agent could do to change your mind?
The maintenance team never phone you back or tell you to ring back tomorrow when you have water pouring through your ceiling. The whole company has communication issues, they dont speak to each other let alone to you. It would be good if they could stick to their word and give me my deposit back.

Absolutely agree with this.as soon as haart moved to Colchester in an obvious cost cutting excersize, the customer service has all but evaporated!someone needs to investigate the Colchester branch for,quite frankly,unacceptable customer service.you can't just ignore your tenants and landlords for months.I also,as a tenant,do not believe that you 'cant get hold of the landlord' - It's been 11 months,has he/she dissapeared? ...
