Both Jordan and James have been really helpful and polite throughout this lengthy process.

I remembered James from when we bought the house 2 years ago and was pleased to have dealt with him again.

Communication wise they have been excellent, always quick to chase people or get back to me.

Their suggestion over a pricing strategy for our house paid off and we got the price we wanted.

My only negative would be that I wish they hasn't recommended Countrywide Conveyancing, who were absolutely terrible. I understand they are owned by the same company and so probably forced to recommend them - but the difference in the level of service, communication and professionalism was striking.
Comment on agent fees
I think they have worked really hard to earn their 1% and don't begrudge paying them.
