I completely recommend Alistair Bone Estate Agent. They sold our property within a couple of weeks after it was on the market for months with a different agent. They listened to us and OUR needs. We are a family with a baby who did not need lots of people to look at our property...we needed the RIGHT people to look at our property - not time wasters. The small team at Alistair Bone take time to get to know YOU and your needs and so create an effective and professional service.

I would certainly never visit this agent again. The staff are plain rude and don't listen to what you have to say. Selling my house was a nightmare, you ring and get no answer. Asked for a call back but never got one. Not only do you never get spoken to but they seem to never update you with any feedback or information about the sale. They clearly over price just to get business as my property got reduced by 10 grand.

I would certainly never visit this agent again. The staff are plain rude and don't listen to what you have to say. Selling my house was a nightmare, you ring and get no answer. Asked for a call back but never got one. Not only do you never get spoken to but they seem to never update you with any feedback or information about the sale. 12 Feb 2018I am very sorry to read this feedback and I am not aware of the issues described in this comment during this period. We are open 7 days a week and have a full compliment of staff, wherever possible we try to answer every call that comes in, during busy times if we miss a call then we have a target to respond on the same day. We do not over value properties and have a policy of advising against this, as a trusted local estate agent we have many hundreds of very happy clients throughout Gloucester. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
